STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes or less to complete the following. Rest in between exercises as needed.

A. 6-Minute Tabata (20s on 10s off):

— Minute 1: Side Plank and Twist (left)

— Minute 2: Side Plank and Twist (right)

B. 6-Minute Tabata (20s on 10s off):

— Minute 1: Push-Ups

— Minute 2: Elbow to Hand Plank

C. 9-Minute EMOM:

— Minute 1: MAX Goodmornings (Work with a light to moderate weight)

— Minure 2: MAX Jefferson Curls (Go SLOW! – Use Good Morning Barbell)

— Minute 3: MAX Windmills (Divide between each side as needed)
