A. Deadlift & Strict Press Superset:

3-Rounds:

— 10x Strict Presses

— 10x Deadlifts

— REST 1-minute

3-Rounds:

— 8x Strict Presses

— 8x Deadlifts

— REST 1-minute

3-Rounds:

— 6x Strict Presses

— 6x Deadlifts

— REST 1-minute

** Start light (50-60% of 1-REP MAX) on both lifts. Setup two barbells and increase weight throughout. Record you heaviest lift in Wodify.!

— 21x America KB Swings (Rx 40-45/25-30,+50-55/35-40)

— 200m Run

— 15x Toes-To-Bar (Rx+) or Knee Raises (Rx)

— 200m Run

— 9x Single Arm Push Press (Rx KB OR DB – SEE ABOVE)

— 200m Run

DON’T DROP WEIGHTS FROM UP HIGH TO AVOID BREAKING THEM!
