B. Bench Press: Complete 4 to 6 working sets of the following:

— Option #1: 4x Bench Presses @ 80 to 90% of 1RM

— Option #2: 8x Bench Presses @ 60 to 70% of 1RM

3-Rounds: Complete the following descending ladder, ending each round with a 300m Run.
