— Minute 3: Hollow Body Holds

B. Go for 3-Rounds of the following:

— 12x Goblet Wide Stance Lunges (Total)

— 8x Single Leg RDLs with 2 light dumbbells (Each Side)

15-minutes AMRAP:

— Minute #1: Burpee Over Bar

— Minute #2: Russian Swings (Rx)

— Minute #3: Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Rx)
